For sanitary purposes, all Candys Place Lingerie purchases are FINAL SALE.

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be processed once orders are delivered.

Once USPS shows the tracking information of your package in their system, Candys Place LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing packages. The customer is responsible for recovering their missing package. If the customer requests a refund after an unclaimed package is returned to us the shipping fee will not be refunded. By placing an order, you agree to all terms of our return policy.
